Electrical Supplies

Alief Independent School District is seeking catalog discount pricing for electrical supplies. The contract will be for five years, starting May 1, 2023, and ending April 30, 2028. Vendors may cancel at any time during the contract term with notice to the Buyer of record. The District encourages the acquisition of recycled materials and gives preference to products made of recycled materials if they meet applicable specifications. The vendor must provide a highest percentage discount offered for each item, and the discount must remain in effect throughout the term of the contract. • The contract will be awarded based on factors such as purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of goods or services, and the vendor's past relationship with the district. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Texas Public Information Act and the Texas Hazard Communications Act. • The vendor must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for all items sold to the District, if applicable. • The vendor must ensure that all goods delivered to the District are new, unused, and in original packaging, unless otherwise specified.
