Plumbing Supplies: Non-Warehouse Stock

The Round Rock Independent School District is seeking to establish an agreement with multiple vendors to provide plumbing supplies required to support the maintenance of the District. The contract will be in effect from the date of award through October 31, 2030. The District reserves the right to conduct reviews of vendor performance at any time during the contract period and may terminate the contract with or without cause. The contract is a firm-fixed discount contract, and discounts shall remain firm for the life of the contract. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible, and awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. • The contract requires the provision of plumbing supplies, including products available for in-store purchase or delivery. • The District reserves the right to request quotes from one or more suppliers for orders totaling $500.00 or more. • The contract includes terms and conditions for delivery, packaging, and warranty. • The District will not be responsible for any goods delivered or services performed without a properly executed purchase order or procurement card purchase. • The contract replaces contract 21-032, which expires on October 31, 2025, and all vendors under contract 21-032 are required to respond to this new RFP.
