The City of Murfreesboro is seeking bids for a Center Pivot Irrigation System. The bid should include all costs, such as services rendered, parts, labor, accessories, freight, and any other standard equipment necessary to provide the service. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest price. • The bid should be a lump sum. • The bid should include the names of any subcontractors that will be used to perform services for this bid. • The City is not subject to sales tax.
