The Iowa Telecommunications and Technology Commission, operating the Iowa Communications Network (ICN), is seeking bid proposals for leased telecommunications services, specifically dark fiber or Ethernet services, to be delivered from various locations to ICN's Connection Point of Presence (CPOP) locations.
