Rental Car Concession Services

The County of Dane is seeking proposals for non-exclusive rental car concession agreements to operate up to six rental car concessions at the Dane County Regional Airport. The concession agreements will commence on October 1, 2026, and will run for three years. The successful proposers will be required to provide rental car services, including counter and office space, parking facilities, and booth/kiosk facilities. The County will evaluate proposals based on criteria such as qualifications, experience, and price. The successful proposers will be required to execute a concession agreement with the County, which will include terms and conditions such as insurance requirements, indemnification, and termination provisions. • The concession agreements will be for a term of three years, with the option to renew for additional terms. • The successful proposers will be required to provide a minimum annual guarantee of revenue to the County. • The County will provide the successful proposers with access to the airport's facilities, including counter and office space, parking facilities, and booth/kiosk facilities. • The successful proposers will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection. • The County reserves the right to terminate the concession agreement if the successful proposer fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
