Seaport - CTF Design Services Follow On

The U.S. Navy SeaPort Next Generation (NXG) program is issuing a five‑year Cost‑Plus‑Fixed‑Fee task order for the design of a Compatibility Test Facility (CTF). The work includes engineering design of test‑and‑evaluation installations, hull, machinery, electrical systems, and related equipment at NSWCPD test sites. Contractors must address floor‑loading, support‑system capacities, power availability, and provide Mission Readiness Panel assessments, Integrated Test Readiness Reviews, and Integrated Schedule Reviews.
