513 CVN MCS Seaport

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is issuing a SeaPort‑NxG task‑order solicitation for Cost‑Plus‑Fixed‑Fee (CPFF) engineering support. The effort covers modernization, lifecycle, and in‑service engineering for a range of Navy and Coast Guard vessels—including CVN‑68, CVN‑78, Columbia, FF(X), amphibious ships, USCG cutters, and FMS vessels. Work includes computer program development, systems engineering, testing, equipment harvesting, integrated logistics support, waterfront installation, and support for Machinery Control Systems, Damage Control Systems, and Network Systems. This solicitation is limited to existing SeaPort‑NxG Multiple‑Award Contract holders and will be competed on an unrestricted basis among those MAC holders.
