Alaska Range Combat Training Integrated Communications and Support (ARCTICS) II - Draft CLIN Structure

The United States Air Force is seeking industry comments and feedback on the draft Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) structure for the Alaska Range Combat Training Integrated Communications and Support (ARCTICS) II program. The program aims to provide integrated range operations and maintenance support for the Joint Pacific-Alaska Range Complex (JPARC). The contractor will be responsible for providing a workforce trained and fully qualified to perform tasks assigned, scheduling and coordinating with government agencies and other contractors, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract is expected to start in Fiscal Year 2029 and will consist of a one-year base period and four option years. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing integrated range operations and maintenance support for the JPARC * Supporting daily training operations, Large Force Employment (LFE) events, and Major Force Exercise (MFE) activities * Maintaining and operating government-furnished equipment and facilities * Providing personnel with the required security clearances * Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and technical data * Submitting monthly status reports and other required documents
