Wyoming Developmental Disabilities Conference (WDDC) 2026

The State of Wyoming is seeking a vendor to provide venue space, food, lodging, equipment, and technology support for the Wyoming Developmental Disabilities Conference 2026. The conference will be held from October 14-16, 2026, and will require a venue that can accommodate approximately 350 attendees. The vendor will be responsible for providing banquet and event management, audio/visual support, and lodging for conference attendees. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for two additional years. • The vendor must provide a venue that is ADA accessible and can accommodate 350 attendees. • The vendor must provide food, lodging, equipment, and technology support for the conference. • The vendor must have experience in managing events of similar size and scope. • The vendor must be able to provide a comprehensive event management plan. • The vendor must be able to provide a detailed cost breakdown for all services provided.
