RFQ for On-Call Engineering Services

The City of Portsmouth is seeking to develop a roster of experienced contractors to provide on-call engineering services for various projects, including roadway, stormwater, water, and wastewater projects. The services are to be provided on an as-needed and as-requested basis. The contractor will be selected based on their qualifications, experience, and approach to the work. The roster will be used to solicit and contract for work on an as-needed basis, typically for projects that are limited in scope, budget, or time-sensitive. Some of the key services included in the scope of work are: • Civil engineering • Stormwater management • Highway and roadway engineering • Public water supply and distribution • Wastewater collection and treatment plant operations The City anticipates that this roster will be actively used for a minimum of three years.
