(RFP) 27-20 Plumbing Services - Annual Contract

Henry County is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive plumbing services for multiple county facilities on a renewable annual contract. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and related services, comply with Georgia licensing, OSHA, and county safety standards, and manage permits, inspections, and warranties. Proposals are due by 3:00 PM on October 21, 2026, with questions due by October 7, 2026. Evaluation will consider technical capability, experience, pricing, and local vendor preferences.
