ATMs for Golf Courses (2025)

The City of Omaha is seeking quotes for the installation and servicing of four automated teller machines (ATMs) at various facilities of City of Omaha Public Golf Courses. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing ATMs that can access multiple banking institutions and credit/debit accounts, and will charge customers the prevailing price in the Omaha metropolitan area for transaction charges. The supplier will also be responsible for servicing and refilling the cash machines, and will provide insurance and maintenance agreements for each machine. Key considerations include: • Installation and servicing of four ATMs at City of Omaha Public Golf Courses • Access to multiple banking institutions and credit/debit accounts • Prevailing price in the Omaha metropolitan area for transaction charges • Servicing and refilling of cash machines • Insurance and maintenance agreements for each machine • Term of the agreement will be for five years with an option to extend for an additional five-year term
