Lease of 750kW Diesel Generator

The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) is soliciting quotes for the lease of one 750kW Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG) for a period of 4 months, from 27 July 2026 to 23 November 2026. The contractor shall provide the EDG, and the Government will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of the equipment. The quote should include all costs associated with the lease, including delivery and pickup of the EDG. The Government will evaluate the quotes based on price, past performance, and technical acceptability. • The EDG should have a capacity of 750kW. • The contractor should provide documentation to substantiate the proposed pricing. • The quote should include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. • The contractor should include manufacturer literature or product brochures for the equipment provided under this solicitation to demonstrate full compliance with the technical specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor should provide a description of all requirements associated with this contract action, as provided in the detailed Performance Work Statement (PWS).
