Sole Source Internet Services

The Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor Regional Contracting Department is seeking a sole source provider for commercial internet services. The services will be provided for various building properties, including the Naval Information Operations Center, Pacific (NIOC Pacific). The contractor will be required to provide dedicated internet access (DIA) with static IPs for several locations. The period of performance is 12 months, and the method of payment will be through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. The type of award will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract. • The contractor must provide commercial internet services for the specified locations. • The contractor must have the capability to supply the requested services and be the sole source vendor. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to telecommunications equipment and services. • The contractor must provide a completed copy of Attachment 3, FAR 52.212-3 and Alt I, with their offer. • The contractor must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.
