Chair Reupholstering

The New Mexico National Hispanic Cultural Center is seeking a contractor to completely reupholster and refurbish auditorium seating across three of its venues. The work includes inspecting each seat’s internal mechanisms, replacing worn return springs and bumper assemblies, and installing new upholstery to restore the seats to a like‑new condition. This is a sealed‑bid, agency‑price solicitation. • Scope: Full reupholstery of every seat in the Journal, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo auditoriums, plus mechanical inspection and spring/bumper replacement. • Delivery: On‑site work at the NHCC facilities in New Mexico; contractor must manage all labor, materials, and disposal of old fabrics. • Requirements: Must be capable of large‑scale upholstery, have experience with auditorium‑type seating, and be able to complete the project within the schedule set by the agency.
