The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking a single nonprofit or governmental entity to receive a cooperative agreement that will enhance collaboration between U.S. tuberculosis (TB) control programs and a broad array of partners—including federal agencies, academia, community‑based and faith‑based organizations, and advisory bodies. The award will build on a prior CDC funding opportunity and aims to strengthen relationships, improve coordination of TB elimination activities, and advance CDC’s Division of Tuberculosis Elimination mission. The selected recipient will manage outreach, joint planning, data sharing, and technical assistance across the TB control network nationwide.
