Bus Transportation 3 years

The Town of Ware, along with the public school districts of Belchertown and Granby, is seeking a qualified school transportation provider to provide bus transportation services for a period of three fiscal years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. The selected provider will be responsible for covering all contingencies, including labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and other necessary services. • The contract term is for three years, with the option for the districts to reject any and all proposals, waive informalities, or accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the districts. • Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the company name, address, contact name, telephone number, and email. • All questions should be addressed to Andrew Paquette via email, with no questions answered after May 11, 2026, at 4:00 PM. • Contracts will be awarded by individual school districts within sixty days of bid opening, subject to a vote of approval by the respective School Committees.
