IIFB 2025-11 VEHICLE INSURANCE

The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified and licensed entities to provide vehicle insurance for their entire fleet. The policy will be quoted on the basis of the current fleet of vehicles and equipment with the Authority reserving the right to add or subtract vehicles and equipment during the term of the policy. The contract will commence on 10/01/2025 and will last for a period of one year. • The bidder must have adequate financial resources to perform the contract. • The bidder must have a satisfactory performance record. • The bidder must have a satisfactory record of integrity and business ethics. • The bidder must have a satisfactory record of compliance with public policy. • The bidder must not have been suspended, debarred, or otherwise determined to be ineligible for award of contracts by the Department of Housing and Urban Development or any other agency of the U.S. Government.
