Plumbing Parts, Materials, Maintenance and Repair Services

Fort Bend Independent School District (FBISD) is issuing an RFP for district‑wide plumbing parts, materials, and maintenance/repair services. Submissions are due electronically by 2:00 PM CST on 21 Oct 2026. • Two separate categories: A – supply of commercial plumbing fixtures, fittings, consumables, and related equipment; B – on‑call maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, emergency response, and related labor. • Mandatory licensing and insurance requirements for contractors; vendors must be authorized distributors or licensed plumbers. • Deliveries and services will be ordered via purchase orders; all pricing must be FOB Destination and include freight. • Pre‑proposal virtual conference on 15 Sep 2026 (attendance encouraged). • Questions due by 21 Sep 2026; award expected Jan 2027. • Contract term: 3 years, renewable up to 2 additional one‑year extensions.
