The City of Keene is seeking proposals for the purchase and residential development of a vacant parcel located at 0 Howard Street, Keene, NH. The City intends to sell the property for the purpose of constructing Residential infill development, in accordance with the City’s Land Use Code and permitting requirements. The selected entity will demonstrate capacity to purchase the Howard Street property and develop the infrastructure required to design and construct residential units as a solution to align with the City of Keene housing development goals and strategy. • The parcel is approximately 0.91 acres in size and has not been surveyed. • The parcel is zoned Medium Density (MD) and allows for a Cottage Court development subject to obtaining a conditional use permit. • The City is looking for a developer with experience in residential development and infill housing. • The proposal should include a comprehensive development plan, proposed residential design, materials, and estimated capital investment. • The City reserves the right to accept and reject any or all proposals, and to waive any defect when in the best interest of the City.
