NNSY Court Reporting Services

The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is seeking a certified court reporter to provide court reporting services for a two-day Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) hearing. The court reporter will be required to create a verbatim, official record of the hearing and produce transcripts in specified formats. The contractor will be expected to provide a certified stenographer for the entire duration of the hearing and deliver the transcripts to the designated parties within the required timeframe. • The court reporter must be certified and have the requisite access to enter the installation or be able to secure access via the Pass and ID Office. • The hearing is scheduled for June 24-25, 2026, and the court reporter is required to be on site by 8:00 a.m. EDT. • The contractor must provide a word index and produce a transcript in an electronic format with search capability. • The contractor must deliver one electronic (PDF) copy and one hardcopy of the transcript to the administrative judge within 10 calendar days after the adjournment of the EEOC hearing.
