Architectural/Engineering Design Services (Bliss Elementary)

The El Paso Independent School District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Architectural/Engineering Design Services for a new state-of-the-art educational facility, the New Bliss School. The project involves a traditional design-bid-build delivery method, encompassing programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding or negotiations, construction phase, and post-construction phase. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering a modern educational environment that meets current educational standards and supports 21st-century learning methodologies. • The project includes the design of an approximately 102,720 square foot facility engineered to accommodate 702 students. • The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise necessary to complete the project. • The project aims to create a modern educational environment that meets current educational standards and supports 21st-century learning methodologies.
