The New York State Office of General Services Design and Construction Group (D&C), on behalf of the New York State Division of Military and Naval Affairs (DMNA), is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified architectural/engineering firms to provide consulting and design services through the completion of 30% Schematic Design Documents for a new Army Aviation Support Facility (AASF) on an undeveloped site in Latham, NY. Upon submission of 30% Schematic Design Documents, this contract may be amended to include 60% and 80% Interim Submissions, Contract Documents (including 100% Submissions, Back-check Submissions, and Final Submissions), TAILS packages, Bid Phase Support, and Construction Phase Services for each of two separately bid construction projects.
