Non-Complex Construction and Design Build Construction, Basic Ordering Agreement RAF Lakenheath, Suffolk

The U.S. Air Forces in Europe is seeking to establish basic ordering agreements (BOAs) with contractors for non-complex construction and design build construction projects at RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall, and RAF Feltwell in the United Kingdom. The work will include a broad range of maintenance, repair, and construction of real property, such as carpentry, excavation, interior renovation, and hazardous material survey/abatement. Contractors will be expected to accomplish individual construction projects, renovation, and additions/upgrades. The BOA will provide a vehicle for execution of a broad range of non-complex maintenance, repair, and minor construction performed under a design/build process. Key information to be submitted by contractors includes company information, business size, potential teaming arrangements, representation of ability to execute the required work, surge capability, and past/current performance for projects within the last 3 years. • Company name, address, point of contact, telephone, email address of point of contact, and CAGE Code • Company's business size, to include the number of employees, number of years in the construction industry • Potential teaming arrangements and delineation between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partner(s) • Representation of ability to execute a broad range of maintenance, repair, and construction of real property • Surge capability to provide significant increase in support in the event of a government End of Fiscal Year (EOFY) or Economic surge in number, size or complexity of projects • Past/Current performance for projects within the last 3 years where the firm was the Prime Contractor
