PNSY Rental of two (2) Nitrogen Trailers

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking a vendor to provide the rental of two high-pressure nitrogen gas tube trailers for a period of 52 weeks. The trailers must meet specific requirements, including the ability to supply high-pressure nitrogen from 2100 psig to 3000 psig and have a minimum volume of 40,000 scf. The vendor will be responsible for delivering and maintaining the equipment, as well as providing training to shipyard personnel. • The equipment must meet the requirements of A-A-59155, Grade A or B, or MILPRF-27401, Type I, Grade B or C, or CGA G-10.1, Grade L or M. • The vendor must provide a certificate of conformance and purity report for every batch of nitrogen provided. • The equipment must be designed and constructed to comply with all applicable Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA) regulations. • The vendor must provide startup training and maintenance services for the equipment.
