Advertising Sales

Valley Metro is seeking a contractor to provide advertising sales services for its transit buses, light rail vehicles, and light rail stations. The contract will be for a period of up to 5 years, commencing on or about July 1, 2026. The contractor will be responsible for selling, installing, maintaining, and managing Valley Metro's advertising sales program. The proposal should include the contractor's experience, qualifications, and pricing proposal. • The contractor must have experience in providing advertising sales services for transit agencies. • The contractor must provide a detailed pricing proposal, including minimum annual guarantees and percentage of net advertising revenue. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to insurance and indemnification. • The contractor must provide certificates of insurance and maintain insurance coverage throughout the contract term. • The contractor must provide a list of proposed subcontractors and ensure that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
