LTR & Metro Facilities Ancillary – Repairs, Maintenance, & Minor Construction [Contract No. MDL-26-002-AN] 070226

The Maryland Transit Administration is seeking proposals for a Master Contract for repairs, maintenance, and minor construction work at Light Rail and Metro Facilities in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Anne Arundel County. The contract will have a duration of 5 years, with the possibility of two extensions of up to 304 calendar days each. The estimated value of the contract is between $15,000,001 and $30,000,000. The work may include electrical repairs and upgrades, fixture and cabling repair and replacement, utility excavation and servicing, concrete and asphalt repair and replacement, masonry construction, and more. • The proposal must include a technical proposal and a financial proposal, submitted separately through eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA). • The technical proposal should include a transmittal letter, firm description, executive summary, minimum qualifications, contractor organizational approach, experience capability of the contractor, and management approach. • The financial proposal should include a detailed breakdown of costs and pricing. • The proposal must be submitted by Monday, November 30, 2026 at 10:00am ET. • A pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 10:00am ET, and a site visit will be held on the same day at 1:00pm ET.
