The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) is seeking a design‑build contractor to modernize the Cromwell Maintenance & Storage Facility (MSF) in Glen Burnie, MD, to support new low‑floor light‑rail vehicles. The contract covers full design, engineering, construction, and commissioning of a new annex building, upgrades to the existing main building, yard improvements, and associated systems (MEP, fire/life‑safety, security, BMS/SCADA, etc.). The contractor must provide a comprehensive Project Management Plan, risk management, quality assurance, and interface coordination with other LRMP tranches. Milestones include design phases, pre‑construction, construction, integration/testing, and final acceptance with a warranty period.
