SCI Camp Hill - New Medical Center

The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections is seeking professional design and engineering services for the construction of a new medical center at SCI Camp Hill. The new facility will be approximately 37,350 gross square feet and will provide medical, dental, vision, and pharmaceutical services, as well as an infirmary. The estimated construction cost is $35,000,000.00. • The project is eligible for Small Diverse Business (SDB) and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) participation goals. • Applicants must agree to meet all SDB and VBE participation goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals. • The application due date is July 15, 2026, at 4:30 PM. • A professional selections meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
