RFP 0815-21-CAC: Camps & Classes

The City of Falls Church is seeking vendors to deliver ongoing recreational programs—camps and classes—for residents. This open-ended, periodic RFP allows proposals to be submitted and evaluated on a regular schedule, with awards made as needs arise. Vendors will be responsible for designing, staffing, and managing a variety of youth and adult programs, ensuring compliance with city regulations, and providing all necessary materials and facilities. • Provide a full suite of recreational camps (summer, holiday, specialty) and regular class offerings (arts, sports, fitness, etc.). • Manage enrollment, staffing, curriculum development, safety protocols, and reporting to the city. • Deliver services on an ongoing basis with periodic contract awards; proposals are evaluated regularly.
