MNDOT FUELMASTER BULK FUEL PROJECT

The State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, is seeking proposals from qualified responders to supply, install, and service Fuel Management Units (FMUs) at thirty-one bulk fuel sites across Minnesota. The contract term is anticipated to be from April 2026 to April 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional four years. Responders must provide a description of the deliverables, a detailed work plan, and cost detail. The State will evaluate responses based on factors such as acceptance of State's Terms and Conditions, specification requirements, cost detail, and preference points. • The contractor will conduct site surveys, remove and dispose of existing Island Control Units, install new FMUs, connect tank monitors, perform dispenser calibration, and conduct operational testing. • The contractor will work closely with the project manager and other department personnel. • The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $500,000 to $850,000. • A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on March 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST.
