The County of Riverside, on behalf of the District Attorney’s Office, is seeking quotations for a single new, current‑production 4×4 Ford Explorer Active to be added to the county fleet. The purchase is a one‑time acquisition; the lowest responsive and responsible bidder will be awarded the contract. Bidders may offer an “off‑the‑lot” vehicle (delivery within 30 days) or a manufacturer‑ordered vehicle (delivery by May 1 2027). Pricing must be FOB destination, exclude tax (which the county will pay), and include any applicable fees (sales tax, tire fee, DMV exempt‑plate fee, delivery fee, dealer rebate).
