2027 Prisoner Transport Van and Multi Vehicle Upfits

Kenton County Fiscal Court is seeking proposals to purchase one new 2027 Ford Transit cargo van (or approved equal) and to fully upfit it for prisoner transport, plus comprehensive upfitting services for seven 2027 Dodge Durango pursuit vehicles and one 2027 Chevrolet Tahoe SSV. Bidders may submit a turnkey solution (vehicle + upfit) or separate bids for the vehicle and the upfitting services. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications, with evaluation based on price, qualifications, delivery schedule, and warranty terms. All work must comply with county occupational licensing, insurance, and warranty requirements.
