Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is estimated to be between $100,000 and $500,000, based on the number of attendees and the services required. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of meals, and the contractor's prices must be firm. The budget will depend on the contractor's ability to provide the required services and meet the State's requirements. Factors that may influence the budget include the cost of food, beverages, and other services, as well as the contractor's overhead and profit margins.
