8th Ave Bridge Replacement & Floodwalls Construction Engineering & Inspection Services

The City of Cedar Rapids Engineering Department is seeking qualified consultants to provide engineering, design, construction oversight, and inspection services for the 8th Avenue Bridge Replacement and associated floodwall improvements. The qualification submission must be entered electronically via the City’s E‑Procurement portal by the deadline. The scope includes compliance with ADA standards, coordination with multiple regulatory agencies, and adherence to the City’s contractual and ethical requirements.
