The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking a succeeding lease for 9,500 rentable square feet (RSF) of clinical/medical space in Cottonwood, AZ. The current lease expires on October 6, 2026, and the VA requires continued occupancy for a 10-year lease term, beginning September 30, 2026. The VA will consider alternative properties that meet the following criteria: 9,500 RSF contiguous, available no later than September 30, 2026, located within the delineated area surrounding Cottonwood, AZ, and capable of meeting all VA outpatient clinic requirements. • 9,500 RSF contiguous space required • Available no later than September 30, 2026 • Located within the delineated area surrounding Cottonwood, AZ • Capable of meeting all VA outpatient clinic requirements • Relocation, build-out, and other Government costs will be considered when evaluating alternative sites
