The Idaho State‑funded Lewis‑Clark State College is seeking a low‑price contractor to remove existing carpet and vinyl flooring, grind a textured epoxy surface, and install new luxury‑vinyl‑plank (Armstrong) and carpet‑tile (TAS) flooring, along with rubber wall base, transition strips, and a logo graphic across multiple locker rooms and trainer areas in the P1FCU Activity Center basement. The work includes a 10 % material overage, a one‑year workmanship warranty, and full close‑out documentation, to be completed within 120 calendar days after notice to proceed.
• Demolition of existing flooring and wall base, grind epoxy in Trainer’s Suite.
• Installation of specified LVP, carpet‑tile, rubber wall base, transition strips, and LC logo.
• Provide 10 % material over‑age, warranties, and all required close‑out paperwork.
