The City of Wilmington is seeking an on‑call electrical contractor to provide inspection, maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting services for its facilities on an as‑needed basis. The contract is a one‑year term with the option to renew twice, has no guaranteed minimum volume, and requires rapid response times (2‑4 hrs for emergencies, ≤ 24 hrs for urgent calls, 3‑5 business days for routine requests).
