The 87th Security Forces Squadron at Joint Base McGuire‑Dix‑Lakehurst seeks a single, fully integrated, turn‑key mobile command‑and‑control trailer to support UAS operations, SAR missions, perimeter surveillance, and rapid incident command. The contractor must design, fabricate, integrate, test, and deliver a 6′ × 12′ insulated, climate‑controlled enclosure equipped with dual power sources, a dual‑display flight command station, a central technology rack with cooling, a weather‑proof exterior media bay, HVAC, lighting, safety systems, and provide a full‑day training package for up to four operators. Delivery is FOB Destination to JB MDL, New Jersey, with all transportation costs borne by the contractor. • One 6′ × 12′ custom trailer, fully insulated and sound‑deadened • Dual power (shore power + 8 kW generator) with integrated distribution panel • Flight command station: two 27″ HD monitors, rolling chair, dry‑erase work surface, storage cabinets • Central Technology Tower with networking, HDMI matrix, active cooling • Exterior media bay with daylight‑readable 32″ monitor and control panel • HVAC: 13,500 BTU AC unit + wall‑mounted heater • Tactical lighting (white & red), CO detector, slip‑resistant flooring • Full‑day hands‑on training for up to four operators and complete electronic/printed documentation • Delivery, acceptance testing, and training to be completed on‑site at JB MDL.
