Three Phase, Conventional, Dead-Front, Radial and Loop-Feed Padmounted Transformers

The City of Farmington is requesting bids for Three Phase, Conventional, Dead-Front, Radial and Loop-Feed Padmounted Transformers. The transformers must meet the electrical and mechanical characteristics specified in the bid document. The bid must include the manufacturer's name, product number or description, and delivery lead time. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. • The transformers must be new, not used or reconditioned, and of current production. • The Bidder must provide a manufacturer's standard warranty for parts and labor. • The Bidder must attach regularly printed literature published by the factory, which sets forth and describes the equipment they propose to furnish. • The City reserves the right to purchase more than or less than the quantities shown. • The contract will be awarded at the prices bid for a period of time as set forth in the Bid Line Items.
