Armored Transport Services

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is conducting market research to identify qualified small businesses capable of providing recurring armored transportation services for high‑value security products between its District Currency Facility in Washington, DC, its Western Currency Facility in Fort Worth, Texas, and other designated locations nationwide. The effort is a Sources‑Sought RFI aimed at 8(a), WOSB, HUBZone, and SDVOSB firms. Respondents must demonstrate the ability to supply armored vehicles, CDL‑qualified drivers with required security clearances, armed escort personnel, and all related logistics, equipment, and supervision. The contract will be a firm‑fixed‑price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five‑year performance period, with individual task orders issued as needs arise. Key requirements include compliance with FAR 52.219‑14 subcontracting limits, strict security and confidentiality protocols, and delivery of shipments within 24 hours of pickup.
