Non-Emergent Ambulance Transport Services for Fayetteville VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a qualified small‑business vendor to provide 24/7 non‑emergent ambulance transportation services for the Fayetteville VA Coastal Healthcare System and associated VA facilities in North Carolina and Virginia. The contractor must supply fully equipped ambulances, certified EMT/paramedic personnel, and all required medical supplies, while integrating with the VA’s VetRide ordering portal and adhering to stringent VA security, privacy, and reporting requirements. • Provide Stretcher Transports, BLS, ALS, Specialty Care Transport and Critical Care Transport (including Tier‑1‑3) on a 24/7 basis. • Supply and maintain all vehicles, drivers, EMTs/paramedics, equipment, and required drugs (e.g., amiodarone, norepinephrine, TPN, etc.) and meet smart‑pump (≤ 6 lines) capability. • Use VetRide portal for order receipt, acknowledge orders in real time, meet response time thresholds (≤ 30 min for urgent transports, ≤ 60 min for unscheduled pickups). • Deliver monthly invoicing, quality‑control reports, and comply with VA information‑security, HIPAA, CPARS, and PPE/vehicle‑disinfection SOPs.
