Web-Based Clinical Decision Support and Training Platform

The New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a web-based clinical decision support and training platform for its Division of Addiction Treatment Centers (DATC). DATC operates 12 State-operated Addiction Treatment Centers that provide inpatient and residential addiction treatment services. OASAS seeks a platform that will provide medical, nursing, and allied health staff with access to current, evidence-based clinical information, procedures, training resources, and related tools to support high-quality and consistent clinical care. The platform should assist OASAS in promoting evidence-based clinical practice, reducing variability in care, mitigating clinical risk, supporting staff education and competency, and maintaining compliance with applicable clinical standards.
