Janitorial Services - Bonner Springs

The Kansas Department of Transportation is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide Janitorial Services in Bonner Springs. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option for the state to terminate the contract at the end of each fiscal year if sufficient funds are not appropriated. The vendor will be required to provide a range of janitorial services, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, floors, and surfaces, as well as removing trash and recyclables. The vendor will also be required to provide pricing for additional services, such as deep floor cleaning and shampooing carpets.
