Janitorial Services for Prestonsburg Office

The Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Office of the Attorney General is seeking a qualified vendor to provide janitorial/custodial services for its Prestonsburg office (approximately 1,982 sq ft). The contractor will clean the facility one day per week (2‑4 pm), handling trash removal, floor care, dusting, restroom stocking, glass cleaning, and monthly blind cleaning. All cleaning supplies and equipment must be provided by the vendor. The contract runs from 11 Nov 2026 to 30 Jun 2027 (12 months) with an option to extend one additional year.
