Amend 2: NURSE PRACTITIONER (NP) & PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT (PA-C) SERVICES FOR THE PINE RIDGE IHS HOSPITAL

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide Nurse Practitioner (NP) and Physician Assistant (PA-C) services at the Pine Ridge IHS Hospital in South Dakota. The contract will be for a base period of six weeks, with 25 option periods of six weeks each, for a total potential duration of 36 months. The contractor will be required to provide mid-level provider services, including clinical care, women's health, urgent care procedures, patient education, and consultation/coordination. The contractor must also demonstrate the ability to provide fully credentialed NP/PA personnel and have a satisfactory record of past performance. • The contract is for non-personal services, and the contractor will be responsible for hiring, supervising, and managing personnel. • The contractor must submit a technical proposal demonstrating the ability to meet all requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor must also submit a price quote, which will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness. • The contract will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest evaluated total price, provided that the offeror's proposal is technically acceptable and meets all requirements of the solicitation.
