The City of Tulsa is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive wrecker, impound, and vehicle storage services for its Police Department on a city‑wide basis. The contractor must operate 24‑hour towing and roadside assistance, maintain a fleet of at least eight small and two large wrecker trucks, and manage both outdoor (≥1,200‑vehicle) and indoor (≥250 sq ft, 8 bays, climate‑controlled) storage facilities within Tulsa city limits. All services are billed directly to vehicle owners; the City incurs no per‑call fees, though it may direct fee waivers in hardship cases. The contract is a one‑year term with the possibility of up to four one‑year renewals and optional 90‑day extensions. • Provide 24‑hour towing, impound, and storage services with four priority response levels (Priority 1 ≤ 20 min). • Maintain specified fleet and equipment (8 small, 2 large wreckers, required tools, beacons, radios). • Operate indoor climate‑controlled storage (8 bays, 9,000 lb lift) and outdoor lots (≥1,200 spaces) in compliance with city zoning. • Submit daily activity reports, monthly YTD summaries, and annual reports; meet insurance and licensing requirements (Class AA wrecker license, $1 M liability coverage).
