Preventive Maintenance Service Contract/AID iSpot Plate Reader Instruments

The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) is seeking a contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for two AID iSpot plate reader instruments. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The contractor will be required to provide on-site maintenance, repairs, and software upgrades for the instruments. The NMRC is looking for a vendor that can provide prompt and effective service, and that has experience working with the AID iSpot plate reader instruments. The contractor will need to have trained service and maintenance engineers capable of calibrating, repairing, and maintaining the units to manufacturer specifications. • The contractor will need to provide a minimum of 1-year routine service contract with appropriate on-site preventive maintenance (1 PM/year) and repairs. • The contractor will need to provide manufacturer-certified replacement parts and software upgrades. • The contractor will need to provide technical support via telephone, email, and on-site support. • The contractor will need to provide client staff training and replacement bulbs and master lot plates. • The contractor will need to coordinate required PM for each iSpot reader to be during the same site visit.
