Financial Advisory Services

The DeKalb County School District is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Financial Advisory Services. The successful offeror will be required to provide services in accordance with the specifications, requirements, and terms and conditions stated in the RFP document. The services will include all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and all other costs and charges necessary to provide the services. The offeror will be required to perform and fulfill all the undertakings, covenants, terms, conditions, and agreements of the RFP document and any negotiated contract. Some key points to note include: • The procurement will be on a formally advertised basis, and proposals must be responsive to all aspects of the RFP. • The successful offeror will be required to provide a certificate of insurance and maintain insurance coverage throughout the term of the agreement. • The offeror will be required to comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act and provide an affidavit of compliance. • The offeror will be required to provide a detailed proposal, including a technical proposal, cost proposal, and other required documents. • The evaluation criteria will include factors such as the offeror's experience, qualifications, and approach to providing the services, as well as the cost of the proposal.
