Salisbury University is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, set up, and later remove a variety of pole and frame tents, sidewall panels, and event tables for university events. The contract will run for one year with the possibility of up to three additional one‑year renewals, and the university will award the contract to the most favorable quote. The vendor must provide unit pricing for each item, include FOB‑Destination shipping costs, and meet the university’s insurance requirements as outlined in the attached Independent Contractor Agreement. Bids are to be submitted electronically via Equity Hub’s Bid Locker by the June 19 2023 deadline. • Supply and full‑service installation/removal of tents ranging from 20′×20′ up to 40′×80′, plus sidewalls and tables. • Provide unit‑price quotes (prices must remain valid for 90 days) and assume responsibility for transportation to the university site. • Comply with Maryland law, maintain required liability insurance, and accept the university’s unilateral change‑order authority.
